Limited Visitor Parking

Four metered spaces in the Truland Service lot are the only general use visitor parking.
“Special Guest” spaces have been added to the Truland lot that require the advance permission of Parking Services.

Fairfax/Prince William permits are not valid at the Arlington campus.

Departments from the Fairfax and Prince William campuses can request “Arlington Administrative” permits that will let them park in a few spaces in Truland. However, even with these permits, there will be no guarantee of an available space. To request an Arlington Administrative permit for your department, send your request to parking@gmu.edu.

Those with Administrative permits that are based at the Arlington campus should not park in the Administrative spaces in Truland except for limited durations-they are intended to be available for people with Administrative permits coming from Fairfax, Prince William, and elsewhere just like the Administrative spaces at Fairfax are intended for the use by those coming from other campuses.
